A bit of a poem

In the infinite space of the universe,
what wonder that life begins...

In the finite age of a man,
what wonder that happiness
remains hidden...

In the momentary tugs of the heart,
what wonder that sorrow
takes root.

It is never too late to begin afresh.

Every moment is a gift,

But the faint breeze in the night
is unfelt by the heavy heart.

And morning comes,
the stars fade...

And this day is gone,
gone forever.

Never to happen again.

It is a solid day
gone, irretrievable as dark.

And under this infinite sky,
a boy sits on grass
afraid, lost, vague.

His thoughts are of another world
his soul dead to its deeds.
The night enters his mind,
makes a home: a million ideas
never a refuge.

A leaf falls, it's bronze.
Not silver, not gold.
He picks it up, and feels its
rough skin, so frail, so lovely, so weakly beautiful. It is alive in its sharp crispness.
The breeze does flow past him, it is passed on to him: and he hears a music from his eye:
there is something I cannot see.
It is the me who is watching
this poem.

Sorrow comes and goes in life,
Tears come in the eyes.
When we are very alone,
Nobody is with us.
Life seems to be very lonely,
Sometimes sorrow makes us laugh,
Sometime sorrow makes us weep.
When there is no happiness in life,
Sorrow makes our life very restless,
There are a few moments of happiness.
We have to accept all that,
If sorrow comes into

a very nice song from meet the robinsons--

let it go,
let it roll right off your shoulder
don't you know
the hardest part is over
let it in,
let your clarity define you
in the end
we will only just remember how it feels

our lives are made
in these small hours
these little wonders,
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away,
but these small hours,
these small hours still remain

let it slide,
let your troubles fall behind you
let it shine
until you feel it all around you
and i don't mind
if it's me you need to turn to
we?ll get by,
it's the heart that really matters in the end

all of my regret
will wash away some how
but i can not forget
the way i feel right now
